In The Kitchen With Scotty's "Garlic & Green" Caesar Dressing


1 fresh egg yolk 

1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic

1 tablespoon anchovy paste 

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons ITK's Garlic&Green Chimichurri sauce

3/4 cup Olive Oil 

1/2 cup grated Romano cheese 


  1. Add fresh egg yolk, minced garlic, and anchovy paste to a mixing bowl. Mix in well. 
  2. Next the Garlic & Green sauce and lemon juice. Whisk in.
  3. Time to make the "emulsion " so slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Your dressing with thicken and look creamy. 
  4. Fold in the grated Romano cheese, and dress your salad. DELICIOUS...and you made it!
