1-1.5 pounds fresh chicken drumettes (ask your grocery store meat counter or favorite butcher)
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
Preheat your oven to roast and set to 425 degrees. Place the fresh cut drumettes in a mixing bowl. Add the ITK seasonings, oil, and Sriracha sauce. Toss to coat completely, and place on a small cake rack/pan combo or broiling pan. Roast 30-35 minutes depending on the size of your drumettes, until caramelized, sizzling, crispy, and amazing smelling. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, or as is!
