I made it in August, that’s why. -Scotty
3 large garlic cloves
3/4 cup rough chopped chive
a good twist and tear of Italian parsley
2 cups good quality mayonnaise
juice of one large lemon
Place the garlic and chive in a food processor and pulse to break up. Add the mayonnaise, parsley and run the processor until a pale green and smooth. Add the lemon juice and Cook’s Line seasoning and run another minute. Pour into an airtight container, seal, and store in the fridge. Let set at least 30 minutes before using to develop the garlic chive flavors. Great on sandwiches, cold roasted chicken and pork tenderloin, or fresh off the grill salmon. Enjoy!
